Any legal action will take place in the appropriate jurisdiction, located in
St. John's County, Florida.
*Down Payments to secure your horse are 50% of the purchase price
*Deposit to hold a specific horse for viewing is $500, NON REFUNDABLE, and valid for 14 days.
*The deposit is non refundable but is transferable within 24 hours.
*The amount is applicable to the purchase price of your new horse.
*We will not accept a hold if another customer is booked to travel to visit with us within the next 48 hours.
*Our goal is to provide our clients with a well suited, sound, and healthy horse fitted to their needs. We strive to provide accurate information to the best of our knowledge. With that, all sales are final. We take pride in finding you a good match, and spend a lot of time and effort to see this happen. Please be honest and upfront with your needs, riding abilities, and knowledge. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure a horse fits their needs, we know our horses but we do not know your riding experience.
*Forms of payment include cash or verified check
* Buyer is responsible for transaction fees, should any occur.
*Horses should be picked up within two weeks unless other arrangements have been made. Time after this will be charged board.
*Pre Vet checks are available and encouraged at buyer's cost and appointment. We will haul at no charge within 20 miles to a vet of your choice, after 20 miles Buyer will be charged fuel costs.
* Buyer is responsible for transport costs, vet checks, health certificates, and any other additional requests.
* We do not offer any guarantees or warranties.
* We reserve the right of refusal for services or sales with no explanation.
